The season began in Baltimore at the National ProStart® Invitational (NPSI), where the next generation of culinary talent from across the country gathered to compete and showcase their skills. Immediately following NPSI, our team joined the global foodservice community in Chicago for the NRA Show, the industry’s largest and most influential expo, bringing together innovators shaping the future of food and beverage.

With the support of the National Restaurant Association Educational Foundation (NRAEF), we had the opportunity to present our AI-driven recipe formulation platform to senior culinary leadership from the U.S. Military. These sessions demonstrated how advanced AI technologies can enhance menu development, operational efficiency, nutrition, and scalability across complex foodservice environments.

Concurrently in Chicago, the Education Foundation of IFMA - The Food Away from Home Association -hosted its renowned Gold & Silver Plate Awards, widely regarded as the “Foodservice Oscars.” We extend our congratulations to IFMA, its leadership, and this year’s honorees, including distinguished industry veteran Kevin Hochman, for their contributions to elevating standards across the sector.
