Proxy Foods was honored to participate in Olympia Forum V, held from 18 to 20 October 2024 in Ancient Olympia, a leading Greek conference that convenes senior representatives from government, business, and institutions to discuss regional development, governance, and economic transformation. The forum is co-organized by the Delphi Economic Forum and the newspaper “Patris,” and has established itself as a prestigious platform for high-level dialogue in Greece. 

During the event, Founder & CEO Panos Kostopoulos shared insights on entrepreneurship, innovation, and the role of passion and persistence in building successful ventures, highlighting how our AI formulation technology supports food and beverage companies in accelerating product development and bringing smarter, more sustainable recipes to market.
